We are pleased to announce that we met in person between 20/06/2021 – 23/06/2021 in Targu Jiu.

The meeting was implemented in Romania by Scout Society. During our meeting we organised and decided on our next steps for the “Youth Escape COVID” Project.

Its agenda including the following items: – Welcome opening remarks and introduction – Presentations of partners’ organizations – Presentation of the project: aims, results, activities schedule – Presentation the responsibilities for each partner – Mobilities and dates, cooperation agreements. – Project management ,evaluation and monitoring. – Quality and evaluation. Quality assurance plan proposal. – Communication between partners and stakeholders. Communication plan. – Upcoming tasks, work division, deadlines.
